Ben turned 4 in July and being a car lover, picked an invitation that showcased his love. I was lucky enough to find a talented cake maker who was able to replicate the invite on the cake and it was a huge hit! The cake was also delicious!
The growth scan I had on Wednesday came back with mixed results. The baby is in the 25th percentile for growth. If I didn’t have any history of small babies, this wouldn’t be very significant and, truth be told, my high risk doctor still doesn’t think it is very significant. My regular OB doesn’t want to write it off so quickly though so I will be returning for another scan in two weeks.
Overall, I don’t really think it is a big deal but emotionally is it hard to hear that there may be any type of issue. None of the other markers in this pregnancy have pointed to any of the issues we had with Ben, but I still would have rather heard everything is totally 100% fine.
